Welcome to Living ADDventure®
This is where we proudly get to introduce you to Living ADDventure® , as well as our tools and techniques to manage this paradoxical condition, ADHD.
Artificial Intelligence
All the content on this site is orginal. I do not use any artificially created content. My brain is not articifial, like the content it generates, it is an original.
This ‟Home” section provides introductions to the latest articles, as well as announcements and navigation links to the different sections of the site.
There are links at the top of the page to seven specialist sections that cater specifically for groups that have similar problems, or at least problems that originate due to age or sex.
Conversations in my Head is where you will find articles and stories about adults who have - and who live alongside ADHD. The title of this section is named after something we ADDers do a lot. Way back at the turn of century I created a small website that had the same name as this section.
ADHD Coaching is the practical part of what we do. The drop-down menu points to the three different types of ADHD Coaching we offer. Twenty-plus years on from being part of the pioneering era of ADHD Coaching, it is crystal clear that coaching done in small groups no less than 4, and no bigger than 20 will better serve the ADHD Community in general. One-on-one coaching is the gold standard and most effective Coaching for ADDers, but it is very time consuming. We also offer a Hybrid combination of the two types outlined above.
Living ADDventure® Parents is next up. Four out of five children who have ADHD have at least one parent with the condition, which is why they are close to the top of the list. It is vital that the parents of ADHD children gather as much knowledge as possible, and do some form of coaching.
Living ADDventure® Teachers focuses on providing information and practical tools to assist educators at all levels to effectively manage ADHD in their classrooms.
Living ADDventure® Women is designed and limited to women only - those who who live with - and those who live alongside the condition. Historically this is a very neglected group.
Living ADDventure® Teens answers typical teenager lifestyle questions for this most vulnerable of ADHD groups. The teen years is when massive changes take place, both physical and emotional. The parents of these teenagers are supported in the Parenting Section.
Living ADDventure® Training is a dedicated ADHD training site. It has been created using software designed for teaching, and is used by the vast majority of universities around the world. This is where all our coaching and training course material for both groups and individuals are housed. People who do our ADHD Coaching programs will access their coaching and learning material there.
