Just as ADHD Coaching is significantly different to Life and Executive Coaching, not all ADHD Coaching is the same. Living ADDventure® offers essential variations of how we practise ADHD Coaching with our clients.
In our Living ADDventure® world ADHD Training courses are just that, people get trained how to be an ADHD-proficient Parent, Educator, Manager or Employer.
ADHD Coaching is where we work with individuals - alone or in small groups - to enable them to manage their ADHD Impairments effectively and sustainably, to be able to lead contented and productive lives.
Years ago we developed our unique ‟Kindred Know-How” method of coaching, because we work with family members, employers, and teachers wherever possible to ensure that environment changes into an ADHD friendly one. The result of this all-encompassing coaching method is our clients grow new relationships together, enabling them to get beyond impairments and start creating dynamic relationships.
By it´s very nature One-on-One ADHD Coaching is the gold standard. Programs can last upward of 6 months and longer. We also allow for a break where the client can implement the theory already learnt.
Small Group ADHD Coaching in groups no larger than 12 and no smaller than 4 is very effective. The ideal size of this group is 8. Any larger than 12 and the group becomes a class. Groups develop their own culture, and group members maintain those the relationships well into the future; this is a significant benefit even over One-on-One Coaching. This is also the most affordable coaching option.
Fusion ADHD Coaching is a brand new third method of coaching and is a combination of the two primary methods outlined above. This is for small groups groups of between 3 and 9 people. The format offers a 30 minute One-on-One session every three modules in addition to a welcome and summary session to top and tail the program.
